Please send Little Squid some good glasses vibes as he gets used to them. Welcome to the fold, kid!

I am still trying to upload the map of our ride. I managed to create it in a google map but despite following a few different sets of instructions I seem incapable of doing this. What I really need to do is learn how to code html and java or ... make nice to Papa Squid.

Woo!
I hope it's a quick easy adjustment to the new glasses.
Those are nice glasses! They Remind me of my first pairs at age 10 [we got a 2 for 1 deal] when we discovered I couldn't see. Being the shortest (and memorizing the school eye chart years before) had both advantages and disadvantages.
My only suggestion is to get a second pair *now*. I went through three pairs in the first year because I played gym hockey a little rough... Now they sort of last me 2+ years but that's because I've progressed to bifocals and lots of other stuff and they are scary expensive (seriously JW look almost free).
Oh! Being able to see is such a wonderful thing! It's amazing all the stuff you miss when you aren't seeing your best. This was the first year in a long time that I didn't have to have my lenses changed. My doc says maybe I've grown up *G*. They are a bit weird right now as I hit myself in the head with a mattress and knocked them off and they're a bit odd fitting I think.
